I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Custom pieces require a minimum $100 non-refundable deposit and the rest can be made in payments both parties agree upon. If you choose to pay all up front, that is also non-refundable. Pricing depends on stone, labor cost and material cost. The original quote may change once a piece is finished based on this but I will contact you before hand to let you know. I do my best to give a 100% accurate quote. Production on custom pieces will not begin until FULL payment is made, please keep this in mind. Current production time is 2-3 weeks after full payment is made, but can change. In the case of an abandoned custom order, no refund will be given and I reserve the right to not work with you again if this does happen. Thanks for understanding.
Sorry, no returns on items. Under no circumstances do I accept returns for buyers remorse, an item not fitting and custom pieces. I am not responsible if an item is lost or undelivered, I have zero control over a package once it has left my address. I send out all packages fully insured. Thanks for understanding!
Klarna is an option at checkout as is PayPal Credit if you’d like to pay for something via payments. Either allows you to get your item right away while paying it through payments. Personal payment plans through me can be made on items $200 or more with weekly or bi-weekly payments, message me if you'd like to go this route. I require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit if you agree to a personal payment plan made through directly contacting me.
Do not wear your jewelry while you are performing strenuous activities. Try to avoid submerging jewelry into water, some stones are untreated and can be permanently damaged when submerged in water. Never submerge you turquoise and opal jewelry in jewelry cleaning solution! This will permanently damage your piece. Some stones will darken naturally over time as they come in contact with oils, such as the oils on your skin. Try to avoid exposing jewelry to lotions or perfumes.
Silver tarnishes over time, I recommend using Sun Shine polishing cloths to keep your jewelry looking nice and shiny.
Although I do the best I can to keep the stone secure, proper care and respect will help ensure that your piece lasts a lifetime.
I am unable to resize ready to ship items simply because I have to completely disassemble the piece to resize. If you see a design that you like but it is not in your size you can order a custom piece that is similar. Reach out to me for further questions.
